30 kg baggage checked-in, 7 kg (and a bit more) handbaggage, boardingpass and passport in my hands – I'm ready! Just a few minutes later I already lost my passport (left it at the security check) and they called me out... how embarrassing lol

Takeoff with some delay from Zürich at 22:30. Shortly after that dinner is served... Too bad I had already dinner at the airport.

6 hours later I landed in Dubai. I felt tired and sore and a bit bugged I found my way through all the people.
It took forever to find one of these little trolleys and carrying arround my 7 kilos handbaggage didn't help my bad mood at all. |

The next flight from Dubai to Brisbane takes incredibly 14 hours...on top of that we sat for extra 2 hours in the plane in Dubai because a door didnt close properly and we had to go back to the docking station to fix it.

Surprisingly quick I got through baggage claim and custom and I didnt even need to show them the swiss chocolate in my baggage. Finally Dan stood there with a big smile waiting for me!

After all I arrived on Dans Boat Flamenco. It was nice and warm and the sky was blue and life felt wonderful.
